These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from Unruly™ ("Unruly", "we", "us"). By browsing the site or placing an order you accept them. If you don't accept them, don't use the site.
You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and exclude sales tax, duties, and shipping unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order we've already accepted.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a confirmation email. Until then we may decline or cancel any order — including after payment — for reasons such as:
If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we refund it in full to the original payment method.
Payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe's own hosted checkout page. We never see or store your card number — it goes directly to Stripe. Your use of that checkout is also subject to Stripe's terms and privacy policy.
We charge your card when you complete checkout. Your order is confirmed once Stripe tells us the payment succeeded.
Orders are dispatched in 2–3 days. Standard US delivery is 3–5 business days, express is 1–2, and international is 5–10. Shipping is free on orders $70 and over; below that a flat $8.00 applies.
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier. Import duties and taxes on international orders are your responsibility.
Unworn, unwashed items with tags attached can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is free for US customers. Start a return by emailing hello@goldstandardunruly.com with your order number.
We can't accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery. Refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the item.
We produce in limited runs. A drop may sell out in minutes and we don't guarantee restocks. Being on the Drop List doesn't reserve stock or guarantee you the chance to buy.
We may cancel orders that appear intended for resale, or that were placed using bots, scripts, or multiple accounts to circumvent purchase limits.
Don't scrape the site, hammer it with automated requests, attempt to breach its security, or use it to do anything unlawful. Don't reproduce our designs, photography, or copy — see the IP & Trademark page for what that covers.
The site and its content are provided "as is". We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that product photography renders color exactly on your screen.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or to this site is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law — including for death, personal injury, or fraud.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, and any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in DeKalb County, Georgia. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the date of your order, and the "last updated" date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed.
