What's Ours

Everything on this site is original work owned by Unruly™ or licensed to us: the garment graphics, the campaign photography, the product copy, the layout, and the "UN" mark. It's protected by copyright and, where applicable, trademark and design rights.

The graphics on Wave #1 — including the Santa Stalker and Pam Echols artwork — are original illustrations. They aren't stock, they aren't AI-traced from someone else's work, and they aren't public domain.

Trademarks

UNRULY and the circular UN logo are trademarks of Unruly, used in commerce in the United States. The ™ symbol indicates a claim of common-law rights; it does not indicate federal registration.

What You Can Do Without Asking

• Post photos of yourself wearing the pieces, anywhere, tagged or untagged.
• Share links to this site or to a product page.
• Screenshot a page to write about, review, or critique us — that's fair use.
• Resell a garment you personally bought and own. First-sale doctrine covers that.

What You Can't Do

• Reproduce, print, or embroider our graphics onto any product, for sale or otherwise.
• Use our name, logo, or photography on your own storefront, listing, or ad in a way that suggests we made or endorsed it.
• Copy our product photography or copy for a competing listing.
• Register a domain, social handle, or trademark that's confusingly similar to ours.
• Scrape the site to build a mirror, a dropship catalogue, or a training corpus.

Press & Resellers

Writing about us? Email hello@goldstandardunruly.com and we'll send high-resolution imagery and the logo files, with permission to use them for editorial coverage.

Stockist or wholesale enquiries go to the same address — pick "Wholesale / collab" on the contact form.

Report Infringement

If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, send a notice to hello@goldstandardunruly.com including all of the following:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the work you say is infringed.
3. The URL of the material you want removed.
4. Your name, address, phone number, and email.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use isn't authorised by the rights holder or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.

We respond to complete notices within 10 business days. Knowingly filing a false claim carries liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

Spotted a counterfeit selling our graphics elsewhere? Send us the listing at the same address — we chase those.

Counter-Notice

If we removed something of yours and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to the same address with your signature, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was an error, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district.

Third-Party Rights

Typefaces on this site are used under their respective licences: Inter and Oswald are served from Google Fonts under the SIL Open Font Licence. Placeholder imagery is generated by placehold.co. Nothing on this page grants you rights in third-party work.
